Memorial for Shontae Parks

Shontae was a former FPW cheerleader and sadly passed away
on Tuesday, August 5th due to complications of pneumonia,
at the young age of 15. Shontae was a sophomore at Fitchburg High School,
where she excelled academically. She was a computer and electronic wizard,
a former cheerleader, a member of the High School Step team, and enjoyed music
and writing poems. Shontae was known to be outgoing, warmhearted,
independent, well mannered, a hardworker and achiever, and caring.
She loved to dress up and keep up with the current trends, and one thing she
always told her mother was that she never wanted to fail in life.

In lieu of flowers, a scholarship fund has been created in her memory.

If you answered YES to any of these questions and you're between 5 and 15 years old, then sign-up today and be part of the Fitchburg Pop Warner Little Scholars program. If you've never played football or have never cheered before . . . DON'T WORRY! Our experienced coaching staff will teach you and the best part is - EVERYBODY PARTICIPATES!

You'll be placed on a team or squad according to Pop Warner weight and age regulations. Competitive football games are played against local area teams, (like Leominster), and end with a Super Bowl between the best two teams. Cheerleaders compete against local area squads for Divisional and Regional championships.
